Newbold Enterprises - Figures for Review
Dear John,
As you were kind enough to review McTaggart & Logan on Wargames Forum I wonder whether you would like to have a go at two of our latest releases?
The two figures I have enclosed for you to think about are the Lady. Valentina McTaggart and her magic user, Oonagh Campbell.
The Lady Valentina McTaggart is Sean McTaggart's sister and an extremely tall, athletic and feisty lady. A gifted swordswoman and rider she decided at an
early age that anything her older brother could do she could also do.

When Sean inherited the command of the Iron Fist on their father's death Valentina established the Velvet Glove, an all female equivalent. Mortified by her brother's refusal to allocate any of the Gargant warhorses to her unit she had to make do with the Gant, the normal Dross saddle horse. Needless to say she immediately established a training regime for her horses that more than matched the rigour of the Gargant training programme.

When Sean was made the Kingdom's First Sword she immediately
petitioned King Roderick to be made First Swordswoman. On his refusal she challenged
him to a duel and defeated him without undue difficulty, much to the amusement of the
assembled court. A long period of banishment to the McTaggart estates followed, giving
her ample time to hone the skills of her fledgling unit. Over the last ten years the unit has
been constantly on campaign and has established a reputation approaching that of the
Iron Fist.
