Many thanks for asking me to do the book review, please find underneath the book review for Special Forces Weapons and Equipment.
At first looks £30 does seem expensive for this book. However I can tell you as a weapons instructor on six of the weapons and also trained on a further three weapons and some of the other equipment in the book it is good value for money. I can only comment about equipment I have used and trained on which are the British forces equipment and other equipment I have used from other armies.
I found that the author has gone to great lengths to list all specifications of equipment and weapons. Also on some of the weapons and equipment has either had or has talked to people who have had first hand knowledge or experience with the weapons or equipment.
There is a good selection and variety of up to date photos covering all aspects of Special Forces and equipment.
In summary plenty of information on weapons and equipment good photos and after all these years even I now know how run flat tyres work. A good addition to anyone interested in Special Forces and also modern weapons and equipment.
