First Thoughts
Having seen this manufacturers figures before, (S.Y.W. French range), it came as no surprise as to what to expect within the bag I received for review.
Their was an assortment of cavalry, Infantry and a couple of chariots.
I also new what to expect on my usual close inspection, and I must say that I wasn’t let down or disappointed!
Detail on all the models is excellent and as I said in my previous review of this manufacturers work, it astounds me how the sculptor manages to capture such detail on such a small figure. The sheer minuteness of the scale is definitely no impediment to the designer, who has a sharp and keen eyesight to be able to do these creations, simply marvellous!

These are no blobs of metal as one may expect by just going on the scale size, these are very proportionate and little masterpieces in their own rights!
The chariots are in a couple of pieces which aids painting and fit together pretty easily, they are well defined and sculptured.
The Cavalry are also well crafted and to see the detail just look at the photos of them, the horses and riders are well proportioned , Armour is well defined as are the rest of the details including the bridles and horse decorations.
Once the figures are undercoated the figures just seem to come alive as you can really see the craftsmanship and time that has been spent creating these little marvels, it really is astonishing.

Flash
This is not a problem as the only flash I found was on the bottom of the figures bases, mould lines are none existent so no complaints their either!
Overall
These are really nice figures, a little small for me personally, ( painting them I found that I felt I wasn’t doing them the justice they deserved!), But if 6mm is what sails your boat then you could do far worse than buy these mini masterpieces, All the different figures for your army are catered for, which is a great help, no mixing and matching!
An excellent set of miniatures take a look you will see what I mean!
