Games Day Addendum!
I was delighted with your report on GD04, a very balanced and thoughtful piece.
Just one thing you omitted was that not all the games were run by GW, there were upwards of 20 games run by clubs and hobbyists as there have been
for several years. Many of us are of course historical gamers too.
It's great to
see the Wargaming world credit GW and their approach. And thanks for featuring a photo of my game (WARHAMMER AHOY!)It was a shame, that you
were unable to caption your pictures but I'm sure it was too mental on the day to
be making notes like that.

Thanks for the feedback Tim, and I think that your mail
deserved publication. I was with Steve on the day and tried to take my own notes
about the games. The difficulty was first the volume of games to check out, and
then the huge number of gamers surrounding the tables. Certainly the game
masters had little chance to talk..... apart from which Steve was simply stunned
by what he saw! (Editor)
